Cancellation Policy

Cancellations By Management:

 

If the lesson is canceled by the management for any reason, rescheduling the lesson will be possible. 

 

Cancellations of private lessons and lessons part of a private courses By Student/Parent

 

  • If the lesson is cancelled with a 48 hour (or more) notice, rescheduling the lesson will be possible. Refunds will not be given. Cancellations must be made by sending an email to cancellation@easylanguagelab.de with the subject ‘Lesson cancellation’.

 

  • If the lesson is canceled with less than a 48 hour notice, rescheduling the lesson will not be possible. Refunds will not be given. Please note that all lessons purchased must be used during the valid period of the purchased plan. 

 

  • If the student doesn’t show for whatever reason, no refund is given. Rescheduling will not be possible.

  • There are NO refunds on unused lessons.

Absence of student taking part in a group course:

  • Lessons that are part of a group course cannot be rescheduled if student is absent. 

  • The lessons cannot be cancelled. 

  • Teachers will assign homework even if y student is absent. The student can use the homework and lesson summary (if available for that lesson) to study the missed lesson.
