Cancellation Policy

Cancellations By Management:

 

If the lesson is canceled by the management for any reason, rescheduling the lesson will be possible. 

 

Cancellations By Student/Parent

 

  • If the lesson is cancelled with a 48 hour (or more) notice, rescheduling the lesson will be possible. Refunds will not be given. Cancellations must be made by sending an email to cancellation@easylanguagelab.de with the subject ‘Lesson cancellation’.

 

  • If the lesson is canceled with less than a 48 hour notice, rescheduling the lesson will not be possible. Refunds will not be given. Please note that all lessons purchased must be used during the valid period of the purchased plan. 

 

  • If the student doesn’t show for whatever reason, no refund is given. Rescheduling will not be possible.

  • There are NO refunds on unused lessons.

Cancellation of Monthly Subscription Plans:

  • The cancellation notice is one month starting end of notification month (the month you sent the cancellation email).

  • The cancellation will take place after a month if cancelled before cancellation-notice month started.

  • For example:

  1. Emailed cancellation on 29th of May = Last day of subscription will be the 30th of June.​

  2. Emailed cancellation on 15th of May = Last day of subscription will be the 30th of June.​

  3. Emailed cancellation on 1st of May = Last day of subscription will be the 30th of June.​
